A lovely little house with a gated terrace leading directly to the beach.
Cap d'Agde is a renowned family beach resort, with all the holiday facilities that you could possibly want: Aqualand with giant slides and other rides, superb 27 hole golf-course, boat, jet-ski and windsurf hire, restaurants and bars.
This pleasant house is situated in a private development (restricted access) at the quieter end of the resort, yet is only about 10 minutes walk to the resort's centre around the yacht marina, and is just a minute's walk to the local beachside family restaurants and shops.

The lower terrace (18m2) has a dining table and very large parasol, and a built-in BBQ. The terrace is walled and the gate leads directly out onto the sandy beach. A Tamarisk tree provides some degree of privacy from passers-by on the beach. Outside steps lead up to the upper terrace (9m2), which is completely private. It is an absolute sun-trap and is furnished with a small table and two cane chairs and a parasol. Altogether there are three sun-loungers, which you can use on either the lower or upper terrace. |
