This exceptionally well-situated chalet dates from the 1960's, but has been refurbished to a high standard.
The wooden interior, stylish furnishings and fabulous sea view make one feel as if you are aboard a spacious luxury yacht. The large wooden-decked terrace has steps leading directly down to the broad sandy beach.
Two of the three brothers who own this unique property are a famous pair of chefs who have a world-class Michelin 3-star restaurant!
Price is for 6 people, €150 per week supplement for each additional person up to a maximum of 9.
This chalet is situated next door to smaller simpler chalet Ref H52.
Clients' comments:
We've stayed in Cap d'Agde and it was so lovely. We would like to go there again in 2011. Monika Haller Stutz and Family, June 2010
Just a feedback note. Thank you so very much for helping us. We stayed at the beach villa in Rochelongue August 15-22, and had a wonderful time. So beautiful. Our photos convey the message better than words! We enjoyed day trips to nearby Montpellier and Carcasonne as well, and it was just brilliant.
I could not really express this to Madame Pourcel (the owner) very well, but I hope that you can convey my thanks. Regards, Michael Sutherland, August 2009
We just wanted to say a big thanks for the time and help you gave us when we visited Agde, we really enjoyed the stay and hope to visit again next year. We loved Agde and the house and Mr and Mrs Pourcel were really nice, so thank them both for us. Gwilliam family, April 2009.
Just want to thank you all for the excellent service you gave to us when we booked the villa. Your first class commitment was much appreciated. After a long day of travelling we finally reached the villa. We opened the shutters to reveal what we thought was paradise. Thank you all for making our holiday one to remember for many years to come, it was just so special. Kathleen July 2006
If we are planning a holiday in the South of France area, we would definitely consider booking through your agency again. Everyone concerned with our booking was professional, efficient and informative. We wish you all the best in the future. Thanks again. Ken and Barbara |

Two large glass doors lead out onto the 110m2 wooden decked terrace, with dining table seating 10+ and chairs, sun-loungers/ deck chairs and two large parasols.
A dozen steps lead down from the terrace to a gate that opens directly onto the beach. There is an outdoor shower (cold water only) just outside the gate to wash off all the sand before you come back up to the terrace. More steps then lead down from the terrace to the BBQ area.
Shaded car parking in the 600m2 walled and gated garden. (The 'garden' is more sand than grass). Two sets of Electric remote-controlled gates.

The chalet is among a rather haphazard collection of beach houses, that were built in the 1950's and 60's before the major development of yacht marinas and holiday flats in Cap d'Agde itself, 2 km down the coast.
You cannot see Cap d'Agde from the chalet, as the resort is on the far side of a small headland, however, on a clear day the Pyrenees can be visible and in the distance Cap Creus of Spain!
The stretch of beach by the property is relatively quiet, because the nearest car park and access to the beach for the general public is 500m away.
300m walk to family restaurant right on the beach.
Rochelongue 500m walk along beach or 1km by road: baker, grocer, good fish-monger, bicycle hire, pedalo hire (June to Sept only).
Cap d'Agde 4 km (or 2km by foot). All services. 'Aqualand' (huge water-slides, etc.) 27-hole golf course(3km), tennis (5km), boat hire, offshore shark fishing, aquarium. Wide choice of restaurants.
Agde 3km. Old historic town and fishing port, founded by the Ancient Greeks. Nice market, excellent seafood restaurants.
Beziers 20 km. Major market town, noted for its bull-fight 'Feria' in August.
Pezenas 20 km. Attractive medieval town.
Narbonne 42 km. Famous cathedral.
Montpellier 55 km. Large university town.
Carcassonne 100 km Largest fortified medieval town.
Nimes 105 km Roman temple and arena.
Perpignan 110km Palace of kings of Mallorca.
