This South of France beach chalet is fabulously located right on a sandy beach on the Mediterranean, within walking distance of a beach restaurant and also boasts a walled garden with brick BBQ, the property has two small bedrooms, both with air-conditioning. 

The chalet/villa is among a rather haphazard collection of beach houses, that were built in the 1950's and 60's before the major development of yacht marinas and holiday flats in Cap d'Agde itself, 2km down the coast.

Despite its rather basic interior, it is a great place for a family holiday in the South of France, offering good value for money and you will only ever be inside to sleep!!! 

The stretch of beach by the property is relatively quiet, because the nearest car park and access to the beach for the general public is apprx 500m away.

This is a perfect location to explore the beautiful beaches in the Languedoc area of the South of France.

This small beach chalet/villa does not boast a fabulous interior - the furnishings are fairly basic, however, its fabulous location right on the beach, and Air-Conditioned bedrooms make up for any shortcomings.

All the holiday accommodation at this property is on one level and totals 60m2 with a few steps to the outside areas. One enters via the terrace, (parking and driveway are via an enclosed back garden) in to an open plan room with a sofa bed  ( can accomodate 2 children or 1 adult) and corner kitchen with all the facilities you need for summer living in the South of France.

Off the lounge area are two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room (can be made into a double), both with air-conditioning and overlooking the garden. At the end of the corridor is a small shower room with wc.

There is a terrace leading directly onto the beach with a hand-held shower and a gate that can be bolted for safety.

In addition to its spectacular situation on the beach, the holiday property also has a walled and gated good size garden of apprx 300m for alfresco evening BBQ's.

You could really count the full beach as the outside area of this holiday villa !

The property has a walled and gated garden apprx 400m2 with a brick built BBQ and 6 chairs, 2 dining tables and 4 loungers. On the other side of the house, there is a terrace leading directly onto the sand and with a hand held outside shower. The gate can be closed and bolted.

Parking is available in the private driveway leading up to the house, beyond the walls of the garden, via an electric gate shared with the neighbours. 

There is an alarm for the property with remote control.

Approx 300m walk to family restaurant right on the beach.

Rochelongue approx 500m walk along beach or 2km by road: restaurants, bars, baker, grocer, good fish-monger, bicycle hire, pedalo hire (June to Sept only).

Grau d'Agde, restaurants, bars, shops and great for taking a boat trip

Cap d'Agde approx 4 km (or 2km by foot). All services. 'Aqualand' (huge water-slides, etc.) 27-hole golf course (3km), horse-riding (2km), bike hire (2km) tennis (4km), boat hire, offshore shark fishing, aquarium. Wide choice of restaurants.

Please note that this villa is not near the naturist resort in Cap d'agde. 

Agde approx 3km. Old historic town and fishing port, founded by the Ancient Greeks. Nice market, excellent seafood restaurants.

Beziers approx 20 km. Major market town, noted for its bull-fight 'Feria' in August.

Pezenas approx 20km. Attractive medieval town.

Narbonne approx 42km. Famous cathedral.

Montpellier approx 55km. Large university town.

Carcassonne approx 100km Largest fortified medieval town - UNESCO site.

Nimes approx 105km Roman temple and amphitheatre.

Perpignan approx 110km Palace of Kings of Mallorca.

This holiday villa is right on the beach, which is great for families as the water is very shallow, about a 300m walk is a restaurant on the beachfront.
