South France Villas was established in 2000, we work in the area widely known in France as the ‘Midi’ which stretches from the Spanish to the Italian border, boasting some of the best Mediterranean beaches and vineyards. Our holiday villas in the South of France have been carefully chosen to make sure they correspond to what our loyal clients are looking for. We offer South France villas from Nice on the French Riviera down to Collioure, near the Spanish border. We have some of the best; beachfront villas, villas with pools in the Languedoc (Occitanie), Cote d’Azur luxury vacation villas, Provencal farmhouse rentals, and chateaux which can be rented for weddings and special events.

We are now taking bookings for 2026 and 2027 villa holidays in the South of France. As our French Holiday Homes are all within a short drive from budget airline airports in the Languedoc (Occitanie), Provence and Cote d’Azur, they need not cost the earth and we do not charge any booking fees.
We also have a selection of luxury villas in Corsica and Morocco.

Clermont House, South of France, 7 Air-Conditioned Bedrooms & Bathrooms, Walking Distance to Shops, 17m Pool
I honestly can't sing both Alison (and her husband) and the villa's praises enough. We were given a tour of the house when we arrived and every new room and outdoor area brought audible gasps from the group. We had planned to leave the villa every other day but ended up only going out properly twice as the pool area was just too good to leave. Each bedroom having its own en-suite was really helpful and the whole place was extremely clean. There were 13 of us and at no point did we have any issues because there are just so many different spaces to sit in and things to do.
We definitely were not ready to leave so soon and feel so lucky to have stayed at such a beautiful place. For the equivalent cost of a standard hotel room per couple for the week, this place was an absolute steal. We have already discussed coming back again in the future as we know how perfect it is. Villa Horizon, Directly on Beach! near Ste Maxime, Walking Distance to Shops and Restaurants
What a wonderful villa, such a special place. Waking up for the sunrise on the patio followed by a swim was just such an amazing start to our day. Sundowners on the patio watching the boats pass was a close second. We had a wonderful family holiday, everything worked great, the location and vista are exceptional and it was a perfect fit for our family. Happy to recommend.
This is our second stay at this amazing villa and we will be back! There is simply no other location that is better than this. We spent our days swimming and snorkeling right from the house, or relaxing poolside, or grilling on the terrace overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. If we wanted to leave, we walked to the beach club down the street or took a short drive into town. This home is so comfortable and well equipped and it really feels like a second home rather than a vacation rental. There is a lot of space for two families to move around and sleep comfortably but there is simply no place better than on the terrace relaxing. We are counting the days until we can return.
