Rarely do you find a property with a private pool for 2 people in the South of France. This authentically renovated property is situated on Domaine Sainte Suzanne, on the outskirts of a typical Languedoc village.

The property is like an American style ground floor loft, a large open plan area, bleached wooden floor, beautifully renovated stone walls, and air-conditioning.  

This little French Gite is perfect for a couple who also want to enjoy a private heated pool.

The property can be rented with other holiday gites on the Domaine or rented on its own. All the gites have their own independent access.

The Friday arrival day is ideal for flights into Beziers Cap D'agde Airport

This large 115m2 Holiday Gite is more like a ground floor loft! The whole living area is open plan and air-conditioned.

There are 2 sofas, formal chairs and dining table should you not wish to dine alfresco!

The kitchen area which is in the corner of the room has the most amazing hand crafted doors, the owner really has managed to mix the old with the new. There is a dishwasher, ceramic sink and a large fridge freezer.

The sleeping area has huge, heavy curtains to section the area off and offer privacy. A double bed, hand crafted by a local trademen neatly folds against the wall when not in use. You could choose to leave the bedroom area curtained off all the time, and there would still be lots of space in the gite. 

There is a double sofa bed which again, can be curtained off on the opposite site of the room.

Large patio doors lead out to the Private Courtyard, Pool and bar area.

The property has its own private entrance, the courtyard and heated pool are very private.

Traditional hand laid stone courtyard enhanced the authenticity of this domaine.

The pool which measures 6 x 3 m is heated at no extra cost and has a child proof gate. Built in steps allow easy access.

There is a fabulous bar area with a plancha perfect for evening aperitifs. 

On the other side of the large secure gate are the other 2 properties which have no access to this courtyard.

We have worked with the owner for over 12 years and he is very discreet, he can however help you with wine tasting, recommend restaurants, catering, etc. 

He also runs agricultural plant hire business and on the other side of the Domaine (not visible from the house) there is a 'showroom' also within its enclosed walled space, so as not to affect the rental part in any way. He lives in a small discreet mobile home behind the domaine and cannot see into the domaine.

South of France Holiday Rental near Beziers

The Domaine is situated about 1.5km from Puimisson - easily walkable, a typical South of France wine-producing village with several excellent wineries, a baker, tobacconist, café-bar and post office.

The owner can organise, wine tasting, grape and olive picking on the domaine and guided walks in the surrounding countryside. There are also local antiques for sale at the domaine.

Beziers approx 10km. The cathedral dominates this busy market town, rising majestically above the river Orb. The lively Feria in August lasts five days; bull-fighting, paellas, flamenco dancing, and partying in the streets until the early hours of the morning. Top Restaurants in Beziers

Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc approx 20km north of Thezan are the mountains and rocky gorges of the Caroux mountains. 
Great canoeing on the river Orb. 

Agde approx 25km. Old historic town and fishing port, founded by the Ancient Greeks. Nice market, excellent seafood restaurants

Cap d'Agde approx 30km. 'Aqualand' (huge water-slides, etc.) 27-hole golf course. 

Narbonne approx 35km. Once the capital of Roman Gaul. Famous cathedral.
