This modern villa was built purely for beach holiday rentals. Situated in a residential area just minutes walk from the beautiful Rochelongue beach, where you will find a couple of beach restaurants with sunloungers to hire and lots of unspoilt areas too.

The holiday villa has open plan living, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Central air-conditioning throughout. 

Heated pool with plenty of sunloungers, comfortable outdoor lounge furniture and charcoal BBQ.

Rochelonge Mall - local shops and restaurants is a 20 minute walk. 

Beziers airport is a 15 minute drive from the villa.

Rochelongue Beach Holiday Villa

This modern holiday villa is all on one level, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Air-conditioned, large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Comfortable sofa, smart tv, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with nespresso machine. Utility room with washing machine. Patio doors open out onto the pool and terraces including the rear terrace with a built in BBQ.

There is a snug area within the lounge that has a single bed, ideal for a child as there is no privacy.

Master Bedroom -  Air-conditioning, a dressing area with walk-in wardrobe.  180cm bed, patio doors with electric shutters out to the pool. The ensuite bathroom is open plan and has a bath, separate walk-in shower and sink. (independant wc is off the hallway)

Bedroom 2 - 160cm bed, door with electric shutters out to the pool. The ensuite shower room, is a Jack and Jill style with bedroom 3. On entering from either side, each room has its own wash basin and the shower is in the middle.

Bedroom 3 - 140cm bed, door with electric shutters to the side terrace and petanque area. Ensuite Jack and Jill style shower room shared with bedroom 2.

Independent wc next to bedrooms and a second one upon entering the villa.

South of France holiday villa near to the beach 

The pool which is 7m x 3 m is heated (not needed in July and August!) is beautifully tiled and the depth ranges to a maximum of 1.8m.  Perfect to cool down after a trip to the beach. 

Plenty of comfortable sunloungers and outdoor furniture. Shaded areas with either a parasol or sail.

Petanque (boules) area at the side of the villa.

BBQ area is on the rear terrace. 

Parking inside the property grounds for 2 cars.

Rochelongue beach (with beach restaurant) - 0.5km 5 minute walk.

Baker, grocer, good fish-monger, spar shop, bicycle hire, pedallo hire (June to Sept only).

Grau d'Agde, beaches, restaurants, boat trips, shops and is just 4.5 km from the house.

Agde 3km. Old historic town and fishing port, founded by the Ancient Greeks. Nice market, excellent seafood restaurants.

Cap d'Agde 3km . All services. 'Aqualand' (huge water-slides, etc.) 27-hole golf course (3km), tennis (5km), boat hire, offshore fishing, aquarium. Wide choice of restaurants.

Beziers 20km. approx. Major market town, noted for its bull-fight 'Feria' in August.

Pezenas 20km approx. Attractive medieval town. Saturday market.

Narbonne 42km approx. Famous cathedral.

Montpellier approx 55km. Large university town.

Carcassonne approx 100km. Largest fortified medieval town. A UNESCO site.

Nimes approx 105km. Roman temple and arena.

Perpignan approx 110km. Palace of Kings of Mallorca.
