This Languedoc Occitanie Holiday house has been finished to a high standard, including air-conditioned bedrooms, a fantastic large roof terrace, and a private swimming pool, plus flat screen TV in all bedrooms, en suite bathrooms in 6 of the 7 bedrooms.

This is an ideal property for families holidaying together in the South of France and as accommodation for large golfing groups in the Languedoc Occitanie region. A fantastic location to discover the Languedoc vineyards, soak up the sun on local Mediterranean beaches (10 to 15 minutes drive away!), cycle on the Canal-du-Midi, and discover some of the local cuisine.

Ground floor

Spacious 60m2 entry hall, furnished with sofa and 2 armchairs, which leads through to the large and airy sitting room which has two very large sofas. French windows lead out to the terrace.

Large double doors lead through to the formal dining room, which also has French windows out to the terrace. Beyond is the large very well equipped modern kitchen (40m2), with dining table seating 14.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

There are two ground floor bedrooms, both of which are wheel-chair accessible.

Bedroom 2 - Air con - queensize double bed, which gives out onto its own ground floor terrace.

Large holiday villa in the South of France set within a hectare of gardens and on a golf course.

A large terrace, with 3 wrought iron tables and parasols, runs the length of the house. A luxuriant lawn with mature trees runs down to the pool area.

The 12m x 6m x 1.2-2m swimming pool (partly walled, partly fenced) has an enormous sunny terrace with plenty of loungers and a covered terrace with very comfortable wicker furniture and a pool house.

Numerous sun loungers around the pool.

The whole two and a half acre property is completely enclosed and has an electric gate at the entrance.

Large Holiday rental set on the South of France golf course

Saint Thomas Golf Course is (6130m par 72). Practice area with 16 driving tees. The golf clubhouse and a very good restaurant are just two minutes walk away. The golf course was laid out in 1992.

Montblanc, typical Southern France wine village - approx 7km - Village shops.

Beziers approx 10km. The cathedral dominates this busy market town, rising majestically above the river Orb. The lively Feria in August lasts five days; paellas, flamenco dancing, and partying in the streets until the early hours of the morning.

Narbonne approx 45km - Once the capital of Roman Gaul. Famous cathedral.
