This holiday property has one of the very best positions you can imagine in Languedoc, South of France. From the large South and West facing terrace there are wonderful views to the Mediterranean and in the far distance the Pyrenees. The beach is only 2.5km away at Portiragnes Plage, a nice small family resort big enough to have a plenty of restaurants, horse-riding, boat and bike hire. There is a private beach restaurant, where you can eat lunch and then rent comfortable sunbeds for the afternoon.

This building was once the Estate's winery and has been converted into individual private holiday accommodation. The Domaine is set in 158 hectares of private land amidst Olive groves which are cultivated and sold.

Great for family holidays and for exploring all this Languedoc (Occitanie) region has to offer.

The owner lives on the Domaine in the ‘Maison de Maitre’ house. In this very large house on the second floor there are 4 bed and breakfast rooms (2 Suites for 4 each and 2 doubles) available for rent on a nightly basis and can serve as 'overspill' if there are extra guests or early arrivals. The bed and breakfast guests have their own private pool and there is enough ‘green screen’ to ensure privacy with different approaches to each of the properties. Also on the domaine is another B&B Gite sleeping 4.

There is a large open-plan living-dining room, with fireplace, wall mounted TV and French doors out to the terrace and pool.

A well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area (46m2) with French windows out on to the terrace. The dining table seats 8 and the sitting area has 2 sofas.

Master Bedroom:
15m2 - Double bed (160cm) which looks out on to the terrace. Fitted wardrobe. Ensuite shower-room with washbasin.

Bedroom 3 and 4:
12m2 - Twin beds (90cm x 2), with stairs to mezzanine (also 12m2) with standard double bed (140cm). Looks out on to courtyard.

Beyond the living-dining room is Bedroom 5 and a large bathroom with bath (shower head over), 2 washbasins.

Splendid outdoor terrace at this South of France Holiday Home

Well situated near the beach this villa has a very spacious terrace of about 600m2 with olive trees (great for shade) and plenty of tables and chairs.

At the far end of the terrace is the pool area (140m2) which is completely fenced so you can relax without having to worry too much about errant children. The free-form swimming pool is apprx 23m2 and 1.5m deep. It has a smaller circular pool by its side from which water cascades into the pool - ideal for supervised toddlers!

Ample parking in an area close to the main gates of the Domaine, which is shared with the owner and B&B guests.

The property is set in a 158 hectares "Nature Reserve", most of which is Mediterranean Holm oak and pine woodland - there are some lovely walks. Apprx 300m from the house there is a tree adventure park, managed by a professional team, where you can enjoy walkways and Tarzan swing ropes amongst the pine trees - great fun for grown-ups as well as the youngsters! They also have 4x4 all terrain electric bikes too.
