The entrance to this villa is just stunning, contemporary, light and with a great mix of stone and glass, a large sofa offers comfortable seating.

The ground floor is open plan, the modern kitchen is fully equipped (a private chef can be arranged), with plenty of space. The dining area has leather dining chairs and links to the living space with large comfortable sofas, plasma TV, Apple TV, Netflix, DVD and a Sonos sound system.

From the landing you walk into the stunning bathroom, with a large bath, and separate walk-in shower, twin wash-basins and wc. This leads into the bedroom with a large double waterbed, Air-Conditioned, TV (Apple, Netflix),  dressing table, fitted wardrobes (with a safe), sea views and additional wc. A door leads out on the terrace which is also accessed from Bedroom 4.

The exterior of this wonderful South of France holiday villa is breath-taking.

The fabulous deck outside the dining area has two chairs and a sofa for relaxing and a gorgeous contemporary dining table with chairs to seat 10 for al fresco meals. This leads down into a small but perfectly landscaped fenced garden.

The unique glass walled heated swimming pool is 10m x 3.5m is stunning.

There is a Gas BBQ to enjoy perfect summer evenings.

Please note children should be surveyed at all times as there is a drop from the pool deck.

Bustling Sete, just 5 minutes' drive from the villa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site - the Canal du Midi runs through the town, along with many other waterways and many Italian style pastel coloured buildings it is known as Little Venice. However Sete retains its roots with a traditional working fishing fleet and quayside restaurants offering the catch of the day.

Particularly fascinating and fun is the boat jousting that dates back to 1666, which can be seen in all its flamboyance on August 25 (St Louis' Day). It is also the birthplace of famous French musician George Brassens poet Paul Valery - both of whom have museums dedicated to them. Opera-Comedie in Sete has numerous theatre performances, operas and concerts through the year and Le Theatre de la Mer (small stone amphitheatre) overlooking the sea has a summer schedule of live musical events.

Mont St-Clair in Sete has fantastic views ranging from the Pyrenees to the Alps on a clear day. Balaruc-les-bains, is a thermal spa town with sea-water therapies nearby (9km/15 minutes).

To take full advantage of this beautiful area why not hire a car and explore.

The Etang de Thau is just behind Sete and is home to the region's oyster beds and many small towns such as Bouzigues (17km/20 minutes) where you will find lots of seafood restaurants overlooking the water and Meze (20km/25 minutes).

Marseillan and Marseillan Plage - miles of family friendly sandy beaches and a charming fishing port with lots of seafood restaurants. Also home to the  Noilly Prat Winery - the famous French aperitif - with interesting guided tours and tastings (22km/30 minutes).

Pezenas is a Renaissance town full of stunning architecture and small cobbled streets which house many boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants all year round and local artisans during the summer months. Birthplace of Moliere. (40km/40 minutes).

Montpellier is a lively university town with a wonderful mix of old and new architecture and great shopping and alfresco centre with a terrific atmosphere (35km/30 minutes).

Cap d'Agde is a magnet for sun lovers - particularly naturists - creating one of the largest naturist resorts in the world. The Cap also boasts 8 marinas, as well as a museum for underwater archaeology - and a water fun world called Aqualand catering for the young at heart (25km/30 minutes).

St-Guilhem-le-Desert is a Knights Templar village with a superb 11th-12th century Roman church and is one of the prettiest villages in France (60km/1 hour).

The Grotte des Demoiselles cave is one of the most magnificent caves in the area (75km/1hour 15 minutes).
