Pezenas is a 10 minute walk away, a charming market town with a beautiful medieval and Renaissance centre, narrow winding streets, fabulous restaurants and cafes, alongside art galleries, working artisan craft shops like glass blowers and jewellers. 

Friday evenings in July and August the main street transforms into a wine tasting festival, with street food and live music - don't miss it! The Saturday morning market is fun too.

This South of France Villa is a great base for exploring the local area with easy access to the vineyard filled countryside and Mediterranean beaches.

This South of France holiday villa is all on one level so great for children (not suitable for toddlers due to the close proximity of the pool to the house) and anyone with reduced mobility.

The villa offers very easy open plan living - a lounge with comfortable seating, TV and French windows leading out on to the pool area and terrace. A second chill out space with sofa and TV with some UK channels.  

The kitchen, although not the most modern, has everything you need for a family holiday including a dining table with benches and chairs, plus access out to the outdoor BBQ terrace and dining table for alfresco meals.

A separate utility room houses the washing machine and an additional fridge (great for the drinks!).

There is plenty of space to enjoy the South of France outdoor life, a front garden with grass, mature trees and Mediterranean plants.

The private swimming pool is 9m x 4m and at its deepest 1.5m, there is a shallow area too. (Not suitable for toddlers due to the close proximity of the pool to the house).

The terrace off the kitchen has a built in charchoal BBQ .

During July and August the shops in Pezenas are open until midnight on Wednesday and Friday nights and on Friday evenings the Estivale takes place in the main street - where there is street food, music and local vignerons offering wine tastings - you buy half a dozen tickets and exchange them for whichever glass of wine you would like to try and you get to keep the glass!
